Dry and generous but with sufficient acidity and drive to deliver a wine of considerable complexity and length, it’s very impressive. Aromas of cashew nuts, lemon oil and white peach dance in the smoke of a freshly struck match to make a Chardonnay of considerable classic proportions. Perfect with a roasted chicken or if you prefer something that is meat free, a spinach quiche or salmon en croute.
