"This fortified red wine is made primarily from the 100 year old Grenache vines that are the backbone to the Immortelle project. The grapes are harvested, crushed, and fermented, with the process halted by the addition of grape spirit to preserve natural sugars. After aging in oak barrels, the wine is bottled, resulting in a rich and sweet dessert wine."
