Privacy notice

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Draft wording — to be reviewed and approved by Vineyard Productions’ legal adviser before launch.

This notice explains how Vineyard Productions Ltd (“we”) uses personal information collected through this website. [Controller details, registered address and ICO registration number to be confirmed.]

What we collect

  • Details you submit in our enquiry forms: name, organisation, email, telephone, country and the information you choose to share about your project or enquiry.
  • Basic, anonymous usage statistics if cookieless analytics is enabled (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles).
  • Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential project or trade relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run this website and handle email (for example our hosting, email delivery and content-management providers), under contracts that require them to protect your data. [List of processors to be confirmed.] We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

[Retention period to be confirmed — e.g. enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 24 months.]

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by contacting us. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
